KLOSE Industrial Service was appointed to execute the replacement of a high‑speed slitting production line at a well‑established food and beverage packaging facility in Malaysia. The project was performed entirely within an active production environment, requiring exceptional planning accuracy, strict hygiene controls, and flawless execution under live operating conditions.

The scope included the removal of existing production machinery, installation of a new double‑girder overhead crane, and the move‑in and positioning of the new high‑capacity slitting equipment — all without opening the building structure or interrupting ongoing production.
