Large-Scale Manufacturing Plant Decommissioning & Global Relocation
Project Overview
End-to-end decommissioning of two large-scale manufacturing facilities covering over 100,000 sqm. Scope included dismantling, decontamination of hazardous production equipment, packaging and partial disposal at the dismantling site. Logistics were managed globally, including shipments to North America and Asia, mainly India.
In the United States of America as well as India we deployed teams that were involved during the dismantling works to execute the mechanical re-erection as well as commissioning support together with Original Equipment Manufacturer.
Execution required strict compliance with environmental regulations and continuous multi-shift operations to meet aggressive timelines.
