Gantry Crane
Lift Systems 2066 SCT
Overview
The Lift Systems 2066 SCT is a high-capacity self-contained telescopic hydraulic gantry crane system designed for the most demanding heavy lifting operations in industrial construction, plant engineering, and large-scale machinery relocation projects. With a lifting capacity of 66 tonnes per tower, the 2066 SCT handles loads that would otherwise require a mobile crane — but fits inside buildings and operates in confined spaces where conventional cranes cannot reach. The self-contained hydraulic power unit with integrated controls allows fully autonomous operation without external power supply, making the system deployable even in brownfield and shutdown environments. Telescopic height adjustment across multiple stages provides fine-tuned control for navigating complex overhead structures, and the robust steel construction ensures long-term reliability under the most punishing industrial conditions. For tandem operations, two or more 2066 SCT towers can be synchronised for coordinated lifts exceeding 130 tonnes — critical for heavy transformer installations, turbine positioning, and complete production line relocations. Klose Industrial Service relies on the 2066 SCT as a cornerstone of its heavy-lift capability, deploying it on projects across Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America for clients in the automotive, energy, and heavy manufacturing sectors.
